Soap Crutchers

Servotex Engineers have designed and manufactured a wide range of Soap Crutchers (reaction vessels) that are demanded in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, paint and other associated industries. Available in various technical specifications, these vessels are used for saponification of oils and neutralisation of fatty acids. A wide range of soap crutchers is provided with centrally mounted helical screw housed in stainless steel hollow steam jacket that is equipped with bottom discharged valve, outer steam heating jacket, reduction gearbox and a motor. These crutchers are robustly constructed, easy to install and appreciated for their smooth functionality.
