ADM Engineering offers a range of instruments for plastic moulding. The volumetric dosing unit and mixing device is newly designed, which doses and mixes colours with additives, regrinds the main material with great accuracy, suitable for all kinds of injection moulding, blow moulding machines and extruders, ensuring lower material consumption and more consistent quality of the end products. Users should avoid having large stock of ready mixed material while switching between different additives. Features: accurate control; the volumetric dosing unit is designed and engineered for dosing continuously as well as intermittently of up to 4 types of material in granule form. The screw designed to guarantee the capacity of mixed material supply even at different speeds (RPM); the numerical control screw assures through and accurate dosing of virgin, regrind material, additives; separate filter installed, easy to remove the piling up of powder; and all stainless steel construction assures easy cleaning up.
