Varnish Impregnation Plant for stator coil, armature, and rotor. The impregnation plant machine configured as PLC based system with interlock, two side job loading facility, machine lubrication facility and temperature sensors to avoid over heating. The impregnation plant haves weighing balance for measuring varnish pick up, fluid circuit with metering system, job loading/unloading system. Some of the other special purpose machines are magnet pasting machine for magneto, finishing line equipments for stator coil like enamel burning, wire twisting & wire cutting and thread coating machine.

- Output: 250 to 1000 jobs/8 hrs. Shift
