Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Machine

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Systems are made up of high grade raw materials and it’s designed to impregnate varnish into the deep voids of electrical winding and coils of various electrical items for improving their insulation value and their quality. These machines are widely used in winding of transformers, generators, alternators, traction and induction motors (D.C & A.C). These machines are used to force an impregnant into the voids of windings for better penetration. The system integrates:

• Impregnation Chamber with top lid opening operated hydraulically or manual
• Storage tank with heating and cooling system
