Vacuum Furnace, Cofi-Indaid

Indaid Engineers is a 26-year old ISO 9001-2000 certified company manufacturing a wide range of furnaces. With the motto “Success through Customer Satisfaction”, the company has a wide range of customers all over India, Africa, Middle East and Srilanka. With technical know-how from COFI Spa, Italy, it manufactures Vacuum Furnaces and has so far successfully commissioned four vacuum furnaces in India. The furnace is equipped with double heat exchangers and turbo quench facility for the fastest quenching rate. The speed of the quench fan motor is controlled with a variable speed frequency converter drive so that the rate of cooling can be controlled (isothermal quenching) to control the distortion on complex moulds and to impart the best metallurgical grain structure in the steel.
