Triple Layer PPR Pipe Plant

Sai Machine Tools offers a triple layer PPR pipe plant, Model SMT – 75 x 45 x 45 x 30. Fields of application of triple layer PPR pipe: hot and cold water supply for residential, industrial and commercial projects; compressed air systems; drinking water and liquid food supply systems; gardening, agriculture and horticulture piping systems; and solar water heaters pipe lines. Specifications: main extruder – 75 mm single screw groove feed barrel; inner layer extruder for anti microbial coating; 45 mm single screw groove feed barrel; outer layer extruder for UV stabilising coating – 45 mm single screw groove feed barrel; drives (kW – AC) – 55 + 11 + 11 + 7.5 + 1.5; output – 200 (kg/hr); die head (specially designed) – SMT DH 200 PP; and pipe size min-max – 16-200 mm. Salient features: ISI and BIS/DIN standard pipe can be produced; UV resistant outer layer coating; anti microbial inner layer coating; low maintenance; and easy to operate and low power consumption.
