Superstatic Penetrator Series

Superstatic Penetrator Series have dual electro-pneumatic control panel suitable for both corona and tribo spray guns. A corona powder spray an with an integrated 100 kv electrostatic high voltage penetrator. In this penetration series, it’s remove penetrator from the existing box, and clean colour by blowing air on the penetrator and then insert penetrator into new colour box and spray.

Its have nozzles and lances, in high voltage system, field lines are created in between the gun electrode and the work piece, dictating powder flow patterns and coverage. Selection form a range of nozzles and lance extensions enables you to easily improve the finish and reduce powder wastage.
