Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR)

Sartime Horological has developed a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) for recycling high COD pharma/pesticide effluent. SBR technology is combined with RO for treating high COD and NH3 of pharma effluents to achieve zero discharge. It has 3 plants already implemented to remove COD for 10,000 to <500. SBR is the only biological treatment process which could remove COD and NH3 from pharma or pesticide effluents with least capital and operating cost and flexible for varying inputs conditions with special nitrification reactor for high ammonia waste water. The RO system uses special spiral wound non fouling RO membranes with effluent recovery of around 80% recycled back to process.
