H Fillunger & Co Pvt Ltd offers second-hand processing equipment from its principals in the UK to meet the needs of semiconductor industry, micro-machining, research and development institutions/laboratories, etc. They include photolith tools, marking machines, coat/ developers tools, etch tools, sputterers/evaporators, furnaces and RTA and EPI, ovens, spectrometers, test and measurement equipment, implanters, probe and test, bonders and assembly machines, microscopes, etc, of various overseas makers. A number of these equipment are available ex-stock with the company's principals and are sold with necessary warranty duly refurbished and overhauled. All the equipments are imported. The EEC will be fully CE marked to meet the current regulations.
