Screening Plant, Crawler Mounted

Puzzolana crawler mounted screening plant is a cost effective screening unit with rapid set up time and easily transported from site to site with detachable/folding conveyors and has high screening capacity. Feed hopper is provided with fixed grizzly to prevent over sized material. The slope of the grizzly can be altered by hydraulic cylinders. The charging conveyor feeds material to top conveyor from feed hopper. Closely spaced idler rollers provide necessary support for the belt and material. The top conveyor provides feed to the vibrating screen and is driven by hydraulic motor. The vibrating screen is well designed for easy maintenance, light weight, less power consumption and long life. The screen body is supported on oscillating mountings. Due to this, screen movement becomes smooth with less noise. Screen drive arrangement is given through hydraulic motor. The speed of the motor can be varied to suit output requirements. The track arrangement is standard and is of very robust construction, suitable for odd working conditions. The discharge conveyor carries out material from the screen's second deck. It is foldable by hydraulics cylinders for easy transportation.
