Dahanu Rice Milling Systems" Rotary Sifter incorporates a completely new design with many first time features. The machine can shift milled rice efficiently and accurately into various grades: large impurities, head rice, mixture, large brokens, medium brokens, small brokens, tips, bran, etc. The standard models however have 9 sieves. Selecting suitable mesh sized from 226 different size meshes available to meet any specific sifting requirements may freely change the combination of sieves. The machine is especially effective when there is a distance in size, eg, the separation of small brokens from the rice bran. It can be used also for wheat, beans and other grains for efficient size separation. Sturdy body construction and simple design insure durability, as well as making assembly and maintenance extra easy a sealed sieve frame insures pollution-free operation.
