Manmach Moulds & Machineries offers a Twin Screw Rigid PVC Pipe Plant. Optional: 63 mm and 140 mm die head in MAN –110; 250 mm die head in MAN – 250; socketing machine; and hopper loader. Die head: electroless nickel-plated spider for smooth melt flows; designing by CAD for higher output. Vacuum cooling tank: stainless steel construction for longer life; easy axial movement by smooth rack and pinion; and brass spray nozzles enables easy maintenance. Traction unit: pneumatically operated top track for easy start-up; tracks driven by individual geared motors for maintenance free operation; auto cutting unit and tripping chute – axial movement by pneumatic cylinder ensures perfect cutting; carbide tipped cutter for longer life; and pneumatically operated tripping chute.
