Ribbon Blenders

Universal Engineering Systems offers Ribbon Blenders. These are fabricated in capacities ranging from 50 to 10,000 ltr. The material of construction is mild steel and stainless steel. Ribbon blenders are mostly used by chemicals, plastic, pharmaceutical, dyes, pigments and food industries. The blender consists of semi-cylindrical shell inside which rotates shaft fitted with spiral inner and outer ribbons. Ribbon blades can be designed is single part and two parts. The outer ribbon and inner ribbon pushes the material from one side to other side in opposite direction.
