GRACE? [RANGOLI] offers Vertical Cylindrical, Decent, Conical and Flat Top Bottom type of Reaction Vessels [Reactors] and Mixing Vessels. Along with designing, manufacturing, Fabrication, Testing, Installation, and Commissioning is also done. For the large reactors projects the company offers Reaction and Mixing Vessels up to 25000 Ltr. Capacity. Reaction vessels and mixing vessels with agitator are required in number of processing operations. Both heat and mass transfer are greatly influenced by agitation of mixing. Process conditions range from -5 to 150 deg C, from pH 1 to pH 12 and operating at 1kg to 10kg pressure; the vessel design was enhanced for 5,000 cycles. In the various stages of production, the service of the vessels involves dissolving and reacting raw materials and crystallising final product. The selection of Thermo, Fluoro plastic liner and resin system required careful investigation to ensure that the resin system was suitable for the thermal shock. The company worked very closely with the customer?s engineers providing them with test data to substantiate their selection of materials. These vessels is manufactured & fabricated with material of construction like FRP (FRB, FRVE, FRSVE.) and Dual laminate like PP/FRP, PVC/FRP, CPVC/FRP, PVDF/FRP, ECTFE/FRP, ETFE/FRP, FEP/FRP and PFA/FRP.
