Rapid Quench, Hardening Tempering Plant

Dhanaprakash Industrial Corporation has developed in-house a complete automated Rapid Quench, Hardening Tempering Plant. These are rapid quench-hardening-tempering furnaces – gas, oil and electrical – with XY, XYZ manipulator up to 25 MT capacities. Quenching time is 25-40 secs, cooling rate – 800°C/min, also with high blast air quenching for normalising. The complete operation is PLC, SCADA controlled and many such plants are installed in India and abroad. Engaged in manufacture of automatic oil/gas fired heating systems of industrial and commercial use, Dhanaprakash Industrial Corporation, established in 1984, has full fledged designing and manufacturing facilities from concepts to commissioning.
