Pusher Centrifuges

Bakubhai Ambalal offers Pusher Centrifuges. These are used for continuous separation of solids from slurries, for further dewatering of filter cakes and for washing of the products to remove dissolved impurities. By fine-tuning various parameters, pusher centrifuges can be adapted to a wide variety of separation processes. For low to medium capacity requirements, pusher centrifuges with simple mechanical drives are offered whereas hydraulic actuations are provided for the larger units, which are applied for higher capacities. Pusher centrifuges are ideally suited to solve liquid/solid separation problems in a virtually unlimited number of applications. They are suitable for most suspensions, where the solids exhibit well filtering characteristics and where the medial particle size is around 100 µ. Applications: bulk chemicals, pharmaceuticals, fibres and food industries.
