Pusher centrifuge

Pusher centrifuge enables solid liquid separation in continuous operation and is simple in operation eliminating manual handling. It prevents spoilage and assures higher yields; higher throughput with compact machine; higher wash efficiency; low energy consumption per unit production; minimum floor space requirement; and low maintenance cast with simple maintenance methods. Other features: higher solid throughput with minimum residual moisture; easy rotor assembly, simpler dismantling and installation process; lower pusher pressures, and reduced axial pressure, low energy consumption; cylindrical basket, multistage machines are possible; compact structures, easy and low maintenance; and relatively thick cake formation, high wash efficiency can be achieved. Spectrum of application: common salt, metallic salts, nitrates, chlorates, sulphates, carbonates, perborates, phosphates, ammonium sulphate, etc; organics like ascorbic acid, CMC, cellulose acetate, hexamine, hydroquinone, melamine, oxalic acid, dichlorobenzene, pesticides, salicylic acid, sorbic acid, TPA, tobias acid, urea, etc.
