Exch-Therm Engineering Company manufactures a wide range of Process Equipment. The range includes process equipment like distillation units, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reaction kettles, columns, dryers, storage tanks, air receivers and silos, etc. These products are fabricated in stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, aluminium and cupro nickel, etc., to any of the international codes like ASME Section VIII, BS 5500, IS 2825, TEMA, DIN, JIS, etc. Distillation units comprise of reaction vessels, vapour pipes, heat exchangers, receivers and reflux return lines, etc. Evaporating and crystallising pans are supplied with or without jacket, agitator and driving gear, depending upon the application. Heat exchangers are made in following types: shell and tube type; tube type with jacketed shell; fined tube type for steam, hot water and thermic fluid applications. Reaction vessels are available in capacity range from 100 ltr to 5000 ltr with or without jacket, suitable for different pressures. The reaction vessels are equipped with suitable agitator (anchor, impeller or pedal, turbine), stuffing box and drive arrangement consisting of reduction gear and 3-phase electric motor. The provision to fix the thermowell, baffle, pressure gauge, safety valves can be made with the reaction vessels, leg supports/side brackets can be provided if required. Special accessories such as mechanical seal, variable speed drive, limped coil jacket can also be provided.
