Pressure Vessels & Reaction Vessels

Elasto Polymer Processors offers pressure vessels and reaction vessels. These are used for carrying out operations such as blending, dispersion, gas absorption, dissolution, - batch distillation, etc. The vessels are supplied with all accessories like agitator, mechanical seal or gland packing, gearbox, electric motor and heating coil of standard make. The vessels are preferred in round bottom rather than flat or conical bottom, as in the latter case due to low agitation efficiency in the corners, the power consumption is high. The vessels may be open or closed. If open, they may have no cover at all, or simply have loose4itting flat lid that prevents splashing or escape of fumes. Reaction vessels are supplied with all accessories like agitator, mechanical seal or b gland packing, gearbox, electric motor of standard make. These accessories provide maximum mi,xing and power efficiency for all type of operations such as blending, dissolution, batch distillation, etc.
