Planetary mixer with orbital disperser

Paresh Engineering Co offers Mightymix, a planetary mixer with orbital disperser, for perfect mixing synergy. By combining the versatility of a single planetary beater with orbitally rotating high-speed disperser, this can handle materials over an enormous range of viscosity and accomplish the work of two mixers of your process line. The planetary blade continuously sweeps and forces the material near high shear disperser. Teflon edged side scraper is provided for scraping the material from sidewalls. One can begin the mixing process with a low viscosity, high speed dispersion and carry on through a high viscosity, non flowing pasty end product. In the dispersion of liquids and solids, the device can complete the mixing process faster, more thoroughly and efficiently due to the planetary beater with orbital movement of power shear high-speed disperser. Once the mix cycle is complete lift the head along with the agitator at a touch of finger and move the vessel to integrated hydraulic press system where the end product will be discharged to a secondary vessel or directly to metering/dispensing/packing equipment. This process enhances operator safety, reduces the risk of contamination and loss of product. It also saves time significantly reduces production cost. As per clients requirement, it is offered in capacities ranging from 15 to 750 ltrs gross volume in various contact parts, in flameproof and GMP construction with facility to operate under vacuum/pressure.
