Oil Expeller with Long Steam Kettle

Azad Oil Expeller fitted with Long Steam Kettle. The steam from the boiler is fed into this long steam kettle through pipes for cooking the hard oil seeds. It is then easy to crush the hard seeds. Due to cooking of the seeds there is less wear and tear of the oil expeller parts. Due to cooking of the seeds there are fewer loads on the electric motor or diesel engine. The recovery of oil from the seed also increases as compared to non cooked seed crushing.
