Ambigram Machine Tools Co offers Nitriding Plants. These plants are used for nitriding steel and titanium surfaces with the MICROPULS - plasma process. Plasma-nitriding plants with oxidizing installation for producing corrosion resistant surfaces process and Plants for steel surfaces or hard coatings with MICROPULS - plasma technique are available. Product range includes equipment for Machine Building, Tool & Mould making and Automotive industry. The products offered are: MICROPULS - plasma-generators: power supplies for plasma nitriding, plasma-CVD and PVD-plants, frequency up to 50 kHz, bipolar too; and HELIVAC - an economical upgrade module for single chamber vacuum furnaces incorporating helium high-pressure gas quenching facility with an integrated gas recycling system; HYDROVAC cleaning system working under vacuum for cleaning and degreasing with aqueous cleaners are also available.
