It can mix highly viscous liquids with viscosity ranging from 5000 to 500000 cps with very high efficiency. It can be operated with variable speed and the mixing elements can be moved up and down with hydraulic system attached unit for thorough mixing. The hydraulic unit can also be useful in removal of the mixing element, clamping of mixing vessels and easy maintenance. The main mixing element has three leaf butterfly blades with scrappers and providing an high speed shear type impeller can allow kneading and dispersion quickly in twin shaft Alifly mixers. If the liquid faces difficulty in getting ejected through outlet port, then bell press/extruder is recommended for its removal. Another facility recommended for efficient mixing is to produce vacuum in the unit. With more number of spare/interchangeable tanks, the production capacity can be increased.
