Chetan Agro Industries offers Small Oil Expeller, 1535 designed for pressing oil seeds. It is small in size and has tight tolerances, means that it is very efficient at rupturing the structures of oil-bearing materials and extracting the oil. It is used in the applications where small scale extraction of high value products is required. It may be used as a single stage oil expeller. It is simple to set up and use, and its operating characteristics are similar to those of a full sized production presses, enabling good predictions of full scale applications to be made. Oil seeds with large particle sizes will require pre-breaking before feeding to an oil expeller. It can run on diesel engines in remote areas where there is shortage or no electricity.
