Membrane Technology for Aqueous Solution

Aastropure Systems offers wide spectrum of membrane technology for concentration, purification, separation and clarification of any aqueous solution with different configuration like spiral wound, hollow fibre, tubular and plate and frame type membrane system. Configuration of membrane selection depends on factor such as viscosity, concentration of suspended solids, particle size and, temperature of feed solution. Process: membrane can selectively separate components over a wide range of particle size and molecular weight from macromolecular materials. Membrane should be selected such that the size of the pores is smaller than the size of the smallest particle in the feed stream that is to be retained by the membrane. There are different membrane processes classified according to driving force used in process like pressure, electrical potential, and particle pressure and concentration ingredient. The company has adopted cross flow pressure driven membrane filtration like reverse osmosis, nano filtration, ultra filtration, micro filtration. It has developed pilot scale trial facility to check the feasibility of membrane technology for specific feed solution. Based on pilot scale trial data we will design suitable system with engineering excellence to meet customers? requirements. The company also offers a wide range of ion exchange processes like DM plant, mixed bed plant, softening plant for water treatment and pre filtration systems like pressure sand filter, dual media filter, activated carbon filter, micron filter for water and wastewater treatment.
