Procon Systems offers the Colorsave 1000 Masterbatch/Additive Loss-in-Weight Feeder, which combines the advantages of Gravimetric Feeding Control and Masterbatch/Additive feeding directly into the main material flow. This system saves on an average 33%, and in some case up to 50%, of Masterbatch and additive consumption. The Colorsave 1000 for injection moulding machines and Colorsave 1000XT for extrusion machines are complete systems, designed to provide the user with excellent blend accuracy and homogeneity.
