Lab Mill

Lab mixing mill comes in two models RMMR & RMMBR type with two sizes 6" x 16" and 8" x 18". RMMR model is a conventional type with bush housing driven by gear reducer and chain drive. RMMBR model is with a spherical roller type bearing housing with a compact design. Use of roller type bearing ensures a high degree of concentricity, minimum play and a long life. High temperature grease is used for lubrication. Roll nip adjustment of the front roll is carried out via hand - operated adjusting spindles. Electrical heaters can optionally carry out heating of the rolls or by means of steam if a steam system is available at customer plant. Safety features can be carried out by emergency stop installed in the front side actuated by simple touch through foot operation. Auto reversal panel can also be incorporated if required by the customer.
