Industrial Mixing Agitators

Cyclone brand industrial mixing agitators developed by Sahyog Enterprise are true mixing agitators and can be used for stirring, agitating, mixing, and suspension of solids in the liquid. These industrial agitators offer versatility in power range and output speeds, designed with specially developed software, for various mixing problems. The selection is based on the fluid details like viscosity (from 1 cp to 100000 cp) and specific gravity (from 1 to 2); tank details like shape, size and volume (from 500 ltrs to 50000 ltrs); and process requirements like mixing, blending, solid suspension, etc. A variety of impellers are offered, like axial and radial, for different properties of liquids and process requirements. The agitator drive unit is provided with heavy-duty lantern support, bearing housing and different sealing arrangement like stuffing box, mechanical seal, etc. Standard gearbox and motors can be provided in flameproof and GMP construction. Agitator with tank can also be provided as per customers’ requirements. Cyclone industrial agitators find application in a wide range of industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, paper and pulp, paint, oil, food processing, minerals, effluent treatment, etc. Datasheets for specific applications are available on request.
