The Lid and Flange of the fermenter is made of stainless steel plate 316 grade. The bioreactor is insulated with high grade minnel wool and covered with stainless sheet. The Agitator is made of Stainless steel shaft & blade and operated with DC motor with speed adjustment. The shaft is fixed with mechanical seal. The bioreactor is provided with ports for Safety valve, Water inlet, Pressure gauge, Air inlet, Air outlet and port for inoculation. The bioreactors available in various capacities according to the buyers need.
