Hydro extractors

The Venus Engineering Co. offers Hydro Extractors. The balanced basket in the extractor ensures vibration-free running. It has the capacity to withstand an off-balanced load equal to 4.5% to 5% of the rated load. The full diameter top lid is closed and locked quickly by swing bolts. A three-point pendulum is suspended by spherical bearings at top and bottom ends of the suspension rods. There is a simple lubrications system for the main bearing and clutch pulley. Also an instant single point locking/unlocking system for bag lifting ring, for quick discharge (in bag- lifting type centrifuges). Accessories: fume tight lid for volatile environment; fluid coupling for inflammable environment; variable-speed drive for bottom discharge centrifuges.
