Kavcon Engineers Private Limited undertakes Hot Dip Galvanising for nearly all dimensions of materials in a range of oil fired baths up to 11 metres in single dip, following specifications laid down by ASTM, BS, IS, etc. The company has a semi-automatic galvanising plant for steel structures with a capacity of 50-60 MT/day and the plant is fully equipped with all necessary process tanks required for surface treatment of steel (pre-operation of galvanising), viz., de-greasing, pickling, rinsing, fluxing and preheating. The company has an oil fired furnace for zinc with temperature recorder and controller to maintain the temperature of zinc at constant and required level, so that uniform coating is achieved. Post galvanising treatment consists of water quenching and passivation to protect the galvanised steel from white rust. All the process parameters are continuously monitored through various checks and the fully equipped in house laboratory to achieve consistent product quality. The company is an experienced engineering and manufacturing concern for over three decades handling jobs for government, public and private sectors like railways, electricity boards, telecom, windmills, steel plants, fertilizers plant, atomic power stations, cement plants, paper plants, power plants to their entire satisfaction.
