High speed mixer

High speed mixers are generally used for mixing highly viscous materials with viscosity ranging from 10000 Cp 100000 Cp with simultaneous heating or cooling. The mixer essentially comes in various capacities ranging from 12 to 3000 ltr provided with facilities such as tilting mechanism for discharge, cleaning, sterilisation, heating cooling, temperature measuring and control ling unit. The high speed mixer essentially consists of the following unit: dissolver - it helps to achieve desired finesse of the product and to enable fillers to be rein stated by intense dispersing action; and stirrer scrapper - it helps in mixing and scrapping the product from the vessel walls and the floor in a continuous motion, thus preventing over heating or over clogging in the vessel thereby ensuring even temperature throughout the product.
