Furnaces, Batch/Continuous Type

Wellmake batch/continuous furnaces are designed and manufactured for sintering, brazing, annealing and other process heat treatments under special atmospheres of hydrogen, cracked ammonia and nitrogen, etc. These furnaces have working temperatures up to 1200°C. Heating is by metallic elements, SiC rods, and Moly Dicilliside elements. Temperature control accuracy of ±2°C is achieved using thyristors, batch furnace with cyclic process controls. Energy saving devices: the company offers energy saving devices for all types of fuel or gas fired furnaces wherein combustion air is to be preheated up to 350°C depending upon type of furnace by outgoing flue gases thus giving fuel saving of up to 5-6% depending upon type of furnace. The recuperators are fabricated from ERW or seamless tubes in grade AISI 304, 316 and 310. The company also offers special purpose tailor made furnaces and heating equipment as per customers’ specific requirements of temperature, process and handling arrangements other than the standard range of products.
