Filtrodryer

Filtromix offers FM Filtrodyer, a multi-purpose equipment in which a number of unit operations can be carried out. It can be used to handle operations like reaction, filtration, and drying in one single equipment. In addition, recovery of solvents is also possible. The use of this equipment reduces the material losses due to handling due to handling between unit operations, contamination of the product is eliminated, manpower is reduced and a substantial amount of power saving. The reaction, filtration and drying takes place by tilting the equipment at different positions with the help of the system. The agitator shaft is hollow inside which hot or cold fluid can be circulated so that more effective heat treatment transfer area is available. The agitator shaft can be retracted up/down with the hydraulic system. Applications: dyes and pigments, antioxidants, ETP, chemicals, activated carbon, food products, pharmaceuticals, etc.
