Sundex Process Engineers offers process technology for Effluent Water Evaporation by utilising the waste heat from the process plants to achieve a true 100% zero effluent water discharge system for any kind of effluent generated by any process plants. The solids in the effluent are continuously decanted and collected while the entire water is evaporated and the steam generated in the process used for low pressure heating, recovering the entire water as process water with low TDS. The design and material of construction of the plant depends on the quantity and the type of effluent generated by the process plant and also the quantity of waste heat available in the process after performing energy steam audit.
