Contra Rotating Mixer

Pemco Process Equipments offers Contra Rotating Mixer. It is used to heat, premix, emulsify and disperse, and cool with gentle agitation, all in one operation. The vessel is steam jacketed and fitted with variable speed contra-rotating agitator with closely inter-meshing blades and detachable scrapers. The infinitely variable speed of the mixing arms and the two-speed action of the emulsifying and dispersing unit enables virtually any type of liquid product to be formulated. A bottom fitted emulsifier unit, which is quickly detachable, for cleaning is also provided. Other products include reactors, autoclaves, pressure vessels, tanks, agitated vessels, heat exchangers, rotary dryers, vacuum dryers, solidaires/ crystallisers, chips drying systems, fluidised bed dryer, fixed bed dryer filter cleaning systems, pressure filter, DMT melter, screw feeders, belt conveyors, chips blenders, fluff silos, filter tilting devices, etc. Units suitable for vacuum operations are also available.
