Continuous Spiral Crimped Fins are semi-crimped and wrapped under tension on the outside of the base tube. Fins are either tack welded or brazed to the base tube at each end of the tube. These finned tubes are further hot dipped galvanised for surface protection whereas the deposition of zinc also adds up to the efficiency of finned tubes. The company also offers other types of finned tubes like Continuous Spiral ‘G’ Type Fins, Continuous Spiral ‘L’ Type Fins, Square & Rectangular Fins and Wire Wound Finned Tubes (Root Soldered).
Commercial application for Air Heating or Air Cooling up to 1300°C to 1500°C using steam/thermic fluid / hot water as heating media or water as cooling media
