Dee Tee Industries manufactures punch type Tube Cut Off Knives since 1975. These are the latest in tube cutting technology, giving much faster and burr free cutting. The company manufactures tube cut off knives that really cut with exact sharpness, strength and wear resistance. Knives are made from HSS (AISI M2). Best heat treatment is given to keep hardness within ±1 HRC. Advantages of using punch type tube cut off system are: high length accuracy, i.e. ±1 mm on 3 metres, suitable for round and section tubes. Available with special coatings, TiN and AITiN coatings are also available. The present capacity to manufacture these knives is @ 2000 pieces per month which is largest in South East Asia. Metallurgical properties are very important in case of tube cut off knives because of impact cutting. Dee Tee has in house most modern heat treatment facilities for proper control.
