Centrifugal De-Aeration System

Perfect Engineers offers colloid milling system and vacuum based Centrifugal De-Aeration System for application in lubricating grease, food products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and chemical industries. Removal of entrapped air is a definite but difficult step in chemical processing especially in grease type sticky, semi-solid, viscous products. This on-line, state-of-the-art centrifugal de-aeration system is based on Japanese technology. This system gives extra-ordinary shine and toughness to the product with increase in shelf life by limiting the degree of oxidation. Working principle: the centrifugal de-aeration system works on the application of high level of vacuum in the system. The product is subjected to centrifugal action for its dispersion and de-aerated automatically. Optional attachment: the machine can also be supplied as a complete, independent turnkey unit having inlet feed pump; discharge pump; electric panel; vacuum pump and motor; skid for mounting all units. Capacity of the machine depends on viscosity/thickness of the product as well as feed rate. All contact parts of the system are made of stainless steel to prevent any contamination and ease in cleaning and maintenance.
