For manufacturing of cement, the raw materials are poured into jaw crushers and hammer mills and stored automatically in the respective silo through bucket elevators. The raw material silos are connected with the table feeders through which proportionate quantities of each of the material is adjusted by and stored hopper, where from the mixture goes to ball mill for fine grinding after fine grinding the bucket elevator collects this raw meal where from it is stored into blending silos in the blending silos compressed air is passed for homogenisation of raw meal. Now the quality inspection of the raw meal is made then this is carried to storage silos which feds the material Nodulisor. The Nodulisor makes 8-12 mm nodules for into the kiln. After process in the Nodulisor the clinker goes vertically down while the compressed air is passed through. The waste gases come out of the clinker is now discharged from the bottom and it goes to the clinker jaw crusher. Thus clinker is stored into clinker hopper and gypsum, in the gypsum hopper, where from the prefixed quantity of clinker and gypsum fed into the cement ball mill through rotary table feeder. Now the cement thus produced in the ball mill is stored into cement blending silos for blending. After blending it is finally packed into bags and ready for sale.
