Bio Mass Gasifier Plants

ETA Bio Power Systems offers Bio Mass Gasifier Plants. It saves 60% of fuel cost. It converts waste wood and solid agro waste into a combustible gas mixture called producer gas. This Process is called gasification. This plant can be attached to the existing systems of hot air generators, grain dryers, boilers, heaters, hot water generators, diesel engines, generators etc. This plant is eligible for central government subsidy also applicable as on date. The gas can be used as a gaseous fuel for substituting/ replacing the LPG/ petrol/ diesel LDO/ furnace oil, etc. By using this gas in place of conventional fuels one can save up to 30% to 60% in fuel depending on the application. The calorific value of the gas = 1200 Kcal/m3. The flame temp max = 1100°C. Applications: the gas can be used for running internal combustion engines, generators, and it can also be used in all burners in place of other fuels.
