Bio Compost Mixer Machine

Sartime Horological has developed a compost mixer machine which converts bio-degradable solid wastes such as fruit peels of fruit processing units, press mud from sugar industries, solid waste from confectionary unit into rich bio fertilizer. It not only saves treatment cost of effluent but it creates wealth from waste. During the production process it can also treat water as it develop temperature around 70°C. For the exclusive use in distillery units the machine is attached with auto effluent spraying system with a capacity to spray about 25 to 30 m3/hour. It is about 4 tonnes of weight and easy to operate in wet areas. It is provided with an auto dressing system. It has the capacity to mix around 1000 tonnes per hour. The windrow size is 3 metre width and 1.5 metre height operated by 70 HP engine. It can work continuously for 12 hours.
