Batch / Continuous Furnace

Wellmake, a 28-year-old furnace manufacturing company offers furnaces with quality, latest designs, developed using the sate of the art technology and best available inputs. The batch / continuous furnaces are heat treated under special atmospheres of hydrogen, cracked ammonia and nitrogen etc. The working temperatures are up to 1200 degree C. Heating is carried out by metallic elements, SiC rods or moly-dicilliside elements. The furnaces are also available with energy saving devices, wherein combustion air is to be preheated up to 350 degree C depending upon the type of furnace. Batch furnaces with cyclic process controls are also available. Other special purpose, tailor made furnaces and heating equipments as per customer’s specific requirements of temperature, process and handling arrangements are also offered.
