Balance Weave Belts

T N F Engineering offers Balance Weave Belts. It is manufactured in various weaves, specifications and edges to meet process requirements. It is the most commonly used belts in almost all the process industries like food processing, glass, ceramic, metal working industries, etc. This type of belt weave consists of a left hand and right hand spiral linked together with a crimped cross rod. The stresses on both the sides are evenly balanced resulting in a smooth straight riding belt with minimum of expansion along the length or width. Applications: glass annealing and decorating, confectionary and baking applications, high temperature metal sintering and quenching, cryogenic freezing tunnel for sea food and meat processing, annealing, washing, cleaning of metal parts, fibre glass, yarn and fibre washing and processing, cement and various other engineering process industries.
