Autoclave Stirred Tanks & Pressure Vessels

Navin Process System offers Autoclave Stirred Tanks & Pressure Vessels. The tank is sterilized in an empty condition inside an autoclave large enough to hold the tank. It can be autoclaved in vertical or horizontal orientation, without causing damage to the agitator. After autoclaving, the motor is fitted & the product is aseptically transferred into the tank under stirring. The product can be maintained in this condition during the entire filling process. The impeller is located as low as possible in the tank, so that only a negligible amount of product is left unstirred, & that too at the very last stages of the batch. Features: available in a wide variety of sizes; vessel can be autoclaved in horizontal position; maximum operating temperature upto 130 OC & pressure upto 2.5 bar(g); all nozzles provided with sanitary TC ends; manufactured from good quality stainless steel, grade SS316 or SS316L, as per requirement; top-mounted magnetic agitator is provided, which is ideally suited for aseptic processes; low maintenance downtime & cost; easy to operate & clean; microprocessor-based variable speed drive for motor can be provided and Trolley-mounting can be provided.
