Specialities India manufacture ultrasonic tablet disintegrator which is very useful in pharmaceutical industry for quality control as well as for R&D. The unit has an ultrasonic output of 40 W and can convert a tablet or a lump into fine powder form in a very short time, in the presence of water or my other solvent.The unit has ultrasonic transducer and in-built tuner, and is very compact in size. It works on AC single phase power. The unit can also be supplied with heaters for heating the solvent, if required. It also has applications in the chemical industry in general for breaking the lumps into powder form for quality control or R&D.
