Fluid Processing Systems

Machin Fabrik offers fluid processing systems for the pharmaceutical industry. These are rapid cooling systems for increased productivity of large volume productions. The process is similar to the standard cycle till the end of sterilization hold. Subsequent air compensation enables exhausting of steam from the chamber without any fall in chamber pressure. Further atomised spray cooling ensures rapid cooling to the desired temperature. Blue water leak detection system is used for integrity testing of ampoules. Subsequent to sterilization a blue dye is pumped into the chamber upto a fixed level. Vacuum pulsing enables the blue liquid to penetrate into the defective ampoules turning it blue for easy and sure detection.
