Research Quartz Crystal Microbalance (RQCM)

Maxtec Inc. manufactures Research Quartz Crystal Microbalance (RQCM). It is a complete crystal measurement system designed for research applications. The system provides measurement of crystal frequency and crystal resistance for up to three crystals simultaneously. Windows based data logging and analysis software, analogue inputs, temperature inputs, digital inputs and relay outputs. The combination of these features allow the RQCM to acquire and analyse crystal data as well as data from other sensors and instruments automatically. The RQCM can be used with Maxtek crystal holders and 1-inch diameter crystals. An optional FC-550 flow cell can be attached to the crystal holder to create an easy to use low volume flow cell. Fields and applications include electrochemistry, polymers, biological, gas sensing and more.
