Flash Point Apparatus, Pensky Marten Type

Choudhary Instrument Manufacturing Company offers Pensky Marten type flash point apparatus, as per specification IP 34 and IS:1448 (Part 1, P: 21). This is used for determining of closed flash point of fuel oils, lubricating oils, above 49?C (120?F). The apparatus consists of a cast iron bath provided with brass/gun metal cup-cover. The assembly consists of flame arrangement, shutter mechanism, hand operated stirrer and a pilot jet for relighting test flame automatically. The air bath is covered with dome shaped metal top. The cup is fitted with insulated handle and locking arrangement near cup flange. A open clip to convert the closed cup test to open cup test as per IP 35 methods can be provided if desired.
