Grant Ice Systems offers Ice Making Machines, Freon- FF-E. These machines produce granular ice and flake ice at a rate of 70 kg to over 100 tonnes within 24 hours, which can meet the increasing needs for commercial and industrial ice. This system uses advanced computers to automatically control and reveal the whole ice making process, which makes for easy and convenient operation. These machines run smoothly, and maintenance is low. In case something goes wrong, such as ice full, lack of water, wrong rotating direction, evaporation/condensation temperature too high and high and low pressure alarm, etc., these machines turns off and the warning light comes on. By using reliable and big diameter water spray device one can avoid reducing daily output of ice due to the contaminant from the water blocking the device. The design of stationary and vertical evaporator is innovated in order to avoid the leaking problem due to the wear and tear in between the seal and shaft of a rolling operation on horizontal drum. These machines have a wide range of use which includes keeping food fresh in supermarkets and sea food markets, meat, food and chicken processing, the sea food and fishing industry, butcher shops, chemical engineering of dyes, concrete construction, science experiments, biological pharmaceuticals, mining industry, bakery, winery, skiing field as well as various other industries.
